What you need to know

The type and condition of your windows can influence the price by up to 30%.

SMALL-PANNED OR “FRENCH” WINDOWS

These small squares will be treated in the same way as in a regular window.

VERTICAL, HORIZONTAL 2-4 SIDE SLIDERS OR PELLA WINDOWS

We will remove each pane from its tracks and clean it on both sides; when inside window cleaning is done, the tracks can be cleaned on the outdoor side as well.

POST CONSTRUCTION OR RENOVATION

These windows and frames are usually left with plaster, paint, stickers, masking tape, or dirt, which is a time-consuming and challenging operation! Fortunately, we do possess the proper skills to restore even the dirtiest windows to their brand-new condition.

OTHER FACTORS THAT MAY AFFECT THE PRICE:

  • Hard water stains removal
  • Opening (cranking) windows and mold removal
  • Glass railing (interior or exterior)
  • Skylights and solarium rooms
  • Factors that interfere with or block access to windows; this can include heavy furniture close by, heavy blinds or shutters, plants, or fragile decorations on the window sills.
